About the Event

Each December, Smiles From Heaven collects over 2,000 toys and delivers them to Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX where local Laredo families receive treatment during the holidays. Smiles from Heaven hosts an annual "Toys & Donuts with Santa" party at Methodist Children's Hospital. The day is filled with fun and laughter. Smiles From Heaven gives hospitalized children a chance to celebrate Christmas and enjoy face painting, donuts and hot chocolate.

Why we do it. 

We have experienced first hand the battle with pediatric cancer and understand what these families are going through. Both of Bella's Christmas were spent at the hospital. Hosting a party to break up the day of treatment for these families helps bring a smile to their faces and something for them to look forward to.
